To go with the Alphas

Now that I am (and will be) bombarding you with puffy felt alphas I thought I had to make you something to go with it. So today you get a little paper pack made in the same two colours as the already posted alphas. I made them all with the great actions from Delicious Scraps - go visit her, she really got great stuff!

If you haven’t got the alphas yet you can get them here: Green - Pink.

And also - Please drop by “Your Gallery” and see the new postings. And while you are there (and if you have the time) please let these creative people know what you think of their work by leaving a comment…

See you on Wednesday?

I felt it again…

I warned you - I love these puffy felt alphas. So today you get it in pink or light magenta if you are into details. If you missed Monday’s light pea green version you can still get it here - the two colours go great together. Enjoy it and be assured more colours will show up very soon.

See you again tomorrow?

Fleur de Lis

And it’s Friday again!

Today’s Little Bit is one of my favourite symbols - the Fleur de Lis (French Lilly). I know it is somewhat stigmatised but I still think it’s beautiful and timeless, and like to use it in my layouts and designs. In the download you get 8 different fleurs, metal and paper styles, and 1 12x12 paper. I hope you will enjoy it as much as me.

Thank you Jody for pointing out that I have forgotten to include "Credits" in the zip. I am so sorry - here they are:

I’m not sure exactly when I’ll return with the next freebie, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it will be during the weekend. But no later than Monday, I promise. Have a very nice weekend - and to all of you in the US: Have a nice Memorial Day!

As Promised

On Wednesday I promised you that today’s freebie would be colourful - and I try to keep all my promises. So here you are - a small paper pack with striped papers in 7 different colours and with a fabric texture.

See you tomorrow for a little bit Friday?

That grungy texture

For today’s freebie I have chosen a set of 5 lightly grunged textures. You can use them as both overlays and to burn/multiply with your own papers and colours - whatever you feel like. I have included 5 example papers in brown made by multiplying.

Have fun with this all day today and tomorrow as I will not be back until Thursday. But then I promise you colours…

See you then?

I felt it!

I hope you have had a nice weekend. And if you, like me, are among the lucky ones living in a country where today is an extra Sunday, I hope you are still having a nice weekend…

You may have noticed that I “cheated” yesterday and posted a little unscheduled Sunday gift (couldn’t stay away). If you missed it, please go grab it now.

But now I’m back on the scheduled program and ready to give you today’s freebie. I have a new action toy from Atomic Cupcake, and I LOVE it! I made you an alpha in fresh spring green puffed felt.

I hope you like it, because I have a feeling this will come in A LOT of colours and patterns over the summer…

I will probably be back again tomorrow with something from the texture department. See you then?

Check it Over!

I know. I said I would take the weekend off. But I … I eh … I just … Well, I’m here - live with it!
.
You can either pretend I'm not here and come back tomorrow, OR you can flip your desk calendar to Monday for the few seconds it takes to download these:

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and please drop by again tomorrow.

"A Little Bit" Friday

It’s Friday again already? Well, you won’t hear me complain…

When I was trying to figure out what to make for you today, I noticed that I haven’t done more than a couple of frames. So it’s time for frames. And to stay in the mood of this week, I have made them In Full Bloom.

Yes, I know, I know… 3 frames are not “A Little Bit”. But I’m still learning the art of limitation, so give me time. I'm sure it's an easily forgiven flaw...

Enjoy your weekend and please come back here on Monday for something not yet decided, but good - I promise!

In Full Bloom 2

I think I have some kind of connection…

Every time I write about the bad weather it turns around to prove me wrong. Just as I had unpacked my knitted sweaters and heavy boots the temperatures outside climbed up to around 20 degrees C. Oh my, what if it works the other way around too, and my writing about the wonderful weather makes it turn back to winter? I think I’ll stop now and just get down to business…

As promised, here is the second (and last) In Full Bloom Paper Pack, this time in golden colours. If you missed yesterdays pink pack you can get it here.

I will be back for A Little Bit Friday - see you then?

In Full Bloom 1

It seems the Danish weather Gods are unable to make up their minds about the season. First we had a cold, cold winter, then came a taste of wonderful spring, and now we are back to something more winter than spring. BUT…

The flowers and trees are not like us humans; they don’t care about all that weather talk. To them it IS spring and they are now in full bloom all around us, and I think that is worthy of some sort of celebration. That is why today and tomorrow I am giving you two paper packs with flowers in full bloom. Today’s pack is containing papers with pink flowers and tomorrow you will get the golden variety.

Enjoy the papers but most importantly: Enjoy the spring!

More Magnetic Poetry - and then some…

A couple of weeks back, when I had the ”Save the Word” theme, I promised you an Add-On for the Magnetic Poetry Pack. Now it’s here.

As usual, I could not control myself as I got started. New words kept coming to me so I ended up with way more than an Add-on. That is why today you get Magnetic Poetry Volume 2. If you missed the first volume of Magnetic Poetry you can find it here.

But to keep my promise I also made an Add-On. This one is with dates, days, months and years for easy scrap dating.

But… that’s not enough. I couldn’t resist adding a QP I made with the magnetic words, so here is an original NbF QP (png 12x12) with a never before published version of my own poetry…

(Layout used in preview can be seen in "My Gallery")

That’s it for today; I hope you will enjoy it. I’m having a posting-free Monday, but join me again on Tuesday for a blog in full bloom.

Sunday Greetings!

”A Little Bit” Friday

Welcome to my newest invention: ”A Little Bit” Friday…

Lately (evil) tongues have told me that I am giving away too much, too often. That I have been spoiling you rotten! I don’t think that is neither true nor possible. Nothing is ever enough when it comes to scrapping material! But…

I DO think that to learn to appreciate the big things in life, we first have to learn to appreciate the little things. So from now on every Friday will be “A Little Bit” Friday where you get something small and simple (but still great).

Today I have made you a template with room for no less than 16 pictures and text. Go Nuts!

(The Layout used in this preview can be found in "My Gallery")

I think I might be back on Sunday, so stay tuned - and have a great weekend!

Ladies & Gentlemen Day 3

Those of you who are returning customers to this blog have probably found out by now that I have a tendency to “go overboard” when it comes to Nick-Nacks (a.k.a. elements). You might even have reached the point of “Oh no, not more of that”? But yes. Today you get more of that. And here is the reason:

When I use actions in my work I see it as therapy, de-stressing therapy. All I have to do is click, lean back, sip my coffee and watch it go… I LOVE it! So if you want all the freebies that take time for me to make, you have to forgive all the action made nick-nacks - they go hand in hand if I want to remain sane!

So I hope you have room in you archives for a little (a lot) more, because today’s final parts of the Ladies & Gentlemen Kits are - ta-da - the Nick-Nacks. I have tried to make more feminine stuff for the Ladies and a bit more masculine stuff for the Gentlemen. If you download them both you will have no less than 151 items to throw around on your layouts. (And if you have had enough already, just don’t download. But on the other hand it is free so there is nothing to loose - except a little disc space).

I hope you have enjoyed these last 3 days’ freebies and want to come back tomorrow for a new invention her on Nothing but Freebies - “Just a little bit” Friday!

See you?

Ladies & Gentlemen Day 2

Even the most elegant of ladies and gentlemen are sometimes just girls and boys. And then they get wrinkled and dirty…. That is what today’s papers illustrates.

To get them back to the elegant level, please come back tomorrow for about a ton of nick-nacks (a.k.a. elements) that will complete the kits.

BTW - please visit “Your Gallery” to see the latest additions… (and don’t hesitate to enter your own layouts).
